At the time of booking Italiatravel tour Operator need a deposit of 30%, the methods of payment are credit card or bank transfer, the balance must be pay within 30 days before the arrival date of the customer. The costumer that cancels the reservation before the arrival, must pay obligatory the cost of practical management (€ 30,00) and the cancellation fee indicated in the following paragraph: - 30% of the participation fee up to 30 calendar days before arrival; - 50% of the participation fee from 29 to 18 calendar days before arrival; - 100% of the participation fee after the above terms.
